Mr Trotter was open, honest and direct with me, which I appreciated as a medical student.
He created trust within 5 minutes of our first consultation and was courteous before and after my operation; his confidence matched only by his compassion. I have no doubt of his skill and experience as an ENT surgeon, not least because my operation was a success, but because his predictions for the timescales of the aftermath and recovery, were amusingly accurate.
