Mr Trotter was fantastic with my 7 year old daughter, he had a very natural way with her and engaged with her at her level, understanding what could make her experience (in what could be quite a scary environment) a fun one. He explained to her what was going to happen in terms that she could understand and were not scary at all. Her whole experience from first meeting Mr Trotter at his initial consultation, to going down to the operating theatre, to her follow up consultation was a pleasure she was always pleased to see him and in her words ‘he is the best doctor ever!’ Thank you Mr Trotter for making the journey for a worried mum so much easier.
