After receiving questionable care from another care professional, Mr Trotter put both myself and my 11 year old son at ease and was very understanding. whilst carrying out a minor medical procedure, it was clear that my son was quite anxious and fund it quite painful. Mr Totter did his best to put him at ease, without being patronising, but still coming across as very caring and sympathetic.
The advice and care he received was fabulous. Thank you Mr Trotter!
