I wish all doctors were like Mr Trotter. Hospitals can be scary places, and to meet a happy, friendly doctor who is keen to listen to any questions you might have is breath of fresh air.
I felt my stress levels go down and actually enjoyed my visit.
I don't think there is anything he could improve on.
