I came into hospital with a sinus issue in extreme pain. I was seen by Mr Trotter and members of his team. They were all very polite, reassuring, explained the treatment well, and very organised. At a time when I had so much pain and was unable to help myself I felt very safe.
I have been in hospital with breast cancer, gall stones and had four births so some experience of being a patient. This team just felt very organised and efficient.
While I don't wish for any of my friends to be ill I have recommended Mr Trotter to all.
