Mr Matthew Malone-Lee

I have been a patient of Matthew’s for many years now and I can confidently say that he is the best doctor I have ever encountered. Matthew is kind, caring and listens to you. From experience, a lot of doctors, especially in women’s health areas, can be very dismissive of women’s experiences and think they know best, whereas Matthew makes it clear he values the patients insight and experience of their own condition. He has treated me for Chronic UTI and after a very complex infection and may years of treatment I am now doing very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team at Harley Street.

I cannot recommend Dr Matthew Malone-Lee highly enough. I first attended the chronic UTI clinic and met Dr Malone-Lee and his late father Professor Malone-Lee at Harley Street in 2020 in pure desperation after finding nhs doctors unsympathetic and unwilling to get the bottom of my long standing bladder issues. Ever since this first appointment he has shown nothing but empathy and willingness to listen. He is an extremely kind doctor and person and I wish that I could see him as my general primary care doctors as I trust him completely. Whilst my issues are not yet resolved they are better in many ways, and I know that with perseverance and the guidance of this doctor, I will one day be in a better situation with my bladder.
