Dr James is one of the friendliest, most personable doctors I've ever seen. As a 45 year old American living in London for the past 10 years, I needed a dermatological procedure done for the first time in the UK and I was nervous- both for the procedure itself and for the results. I was in such amazing hands with Dr. James from start to finish and I cannot recommend him enough, it was honestly a joy to be treated by him.
Something I really appreciated is despite how busy and booked Dr. James was, he took great care in explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. He has such a kind way of delivering test results and really put me at ease, even when the results were not what I was hoping for.
I am also very happy with the minimal scarring from the procedure and thankful for all of the advice he provided to make the recovery as smooth as possible.
Without a doubt, should I need another procedure like this one, I will request Dr. James and I would recommend him to anyone.
