He explained everything to me clearly and gave me enough info so that I could make a decision.
He gave me confidence and he came to see me personally when my operation had to be postponed at the last minute.
My only disappointment was that he was unable to come and see me after surgery in the 4 days while I was in hospital. He had warned me that it would be painful and it was very painful. (He was not at the hospital where I had the op during the 4 days but did phone and speak to staff.)
