I cant praise Mr Freudmann enough for the care and attention I received from him from my first appointment, the day I had my operation, then today at my 6 week check. He made me feel comfortable and at ease from the outset. He asked me then listened to my explanation of my injury and the symptoms. He explained from the results of my MRI scan what he could do, speaking plainly so I was able to understand, reassuring me that I would have huge improvement: my knee is already 'brilliant'.
I really appreciate that Mr Freudmann didn't at any point make me feel patronised he came across as extremely genuine and wanting to do all he could to achieve the very best outcome for me.
