I have worked as a Chairman in the NHS for 12 years alongside many Clinicians and I found Mark comparable with the best.
His whole approach gave me confidence and settled me despite the fact I was very nervous.
His whole approach is epitomised by the telephone call he made on the evening of each day of surgery to ensure that I was comfortable and to enable me to ask ank outstanding questions. A great example of patient care.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to my friends and family
