Mark and the rest of the staff do a first rate job of putting you at ease by giving you first rate information in a relaxed way and allowing you time to consider your treatment. There is an opportunity to ask questions at every stage and through his reponses Mark showed his expert knowledge of the treatments, which you would expect, but also wider research in the field.
Most importantly, the surgery was not too daunting, not painful in the slightest and has produced perfect results. Mark and the nurses were reassuring throughout.
I'm currently recommending Mark and Optegra to friends and family who have been very impressed by my results and experience.
