I had a consultation with Mark after having sinus issues and would throughly recommend to anyone suffering from anything similar.
Mark listened to my symptoms and the troubles I have been having whilst writing notes throughout the consultation (these were then put in writing to my doctor). He is very knowledgeable but explains things in simple terms so that it is easy to understand. Mark offered excellent advice on what I should be doing regarding treatment (nasal spray) and the plan going forward should this treatment not work.
Finally, I liked how Mark flicks between the professional talk and general small talk throughout the consultation so that you are relaxed and feel as though he is getting to know you more on a personal level.
