I attended a consultation with Mark having suffered for many years with tonsillitis. On meeting him he immediately made me feel at ease with his friendly and open personality. Mark fully analysed all of my symptoms and diagnosed that a tonsillectomy was a consideration. Having explained the various options I decided to opt for the tonsillectomy. Mark explained, in great detail, what the operation entailed, the post operation recovery period and exactly what to expect. He arranged for my surgery within a week. Post op he contacted me personally, on several occasions, to enquire on how I was feeling. Everything that he explained would happen actually did, which provided me with the confidence that my recovery was under control. Two weeks later I had fully recovered from the operation and met Mark for my final appointment. Would recommend Mark without any hesitation, he felt like a family friend and was excellent in every way. Thank you Mark for all your care and attention.
