I have been under the care of Mr. Norton for 18 years, and he is always consistent at clinics, very polite, and approachable. I don't think he can do anything else to improve himself, or the clinics. I was actually given an appointment 5 weeks further on, but was called in within 2 weeks of my problem, as an extra clinic was put on, which is how the rest of the NHS should work. I am very pleased with my care.
