During all consultations with Mr Norton, he was approachable and explained all symptoms, diagnosis and courses of action at length. Models/examples of the various remedial joints were also very helpful at this stage.
I received Hip Injections in both my Hips (starting in 2021) before my first Hip Resurfacing in January 2024.
On all occasions Mr Norton and his team were courteous and highly professional.
Especially appreciated were the pre-procedure visits by Mr Norton and the Anaesthetist putting my Pre-Opp mind at rest.
Aftercare was to an equally high standard.
Thank you all Nursing Staff and Physiotherapy Department.
