I was waiting a long time for this operation, due to unforeseen circumstances. NHS got in touch with me to ask if I would go to any other hospital to speed up the waiting time.
I chose not to do this as Mr Norton did my other hip replacement 9 year's ago and as I have Coxa vara profunda I was so pleased with the results of that hip replacement I wanted to stay on Mr Norton's list.
on this operation I was allergic to the skin glue which caused problems and Mr Norton has seen me in Clinic for 3 consecutive weeks after surgery, changing my dressing and making sure that an infection did not go into my joint.
He was professional and courteous.
