Having looked at the previous reviews my investigation was nothing compared to what some of these people must have been going through. Mine was a sore in the mouth that would not heal and it seems that it was damaged tissue (potentially from a chemical from a toothpaste). However, he was really calm, patient with a good sense of humour. The steroids healed the problem and when I was sent back again from my dentist due to scar tissue left in my mouth which was worrying them, he was great yet again. He even took the time to advise on my x-rays for my wisdom tooth which is totally unrelated and also my receding gum and explained with a diagram why it seemed to looked detached from my tooth (I was convinced it was ripped). Since taking his advice I have managed to heal the gum and it is now shrunk back onto my tooth without the need to visit a hygienist or any other specialists. Thank you Mr McGurk! It was a pleasure to have met you. You went above and beyond your duties :-)
