He was very dismissive of my needs as an autistic adult, and when my also autistic mother tried to speak with his assistant to arrange an appointment, he filed a complaint against me, not my mum, me. i now have a permanent letter on my record saying i’m difficult to work with as a patient because my mum had an argument with his assistant. He was very unprofessional when we asked for him to remove it from my record, he refused, and instead added another letter.I had double leg surgery to correct a problem with my calf muscles, but now my muscles are 10 times worse and i need to do a large amount of stretching daily to walk anywhere, none of which was stated by Mr Farndon prior to the surgery. The miscommunication and the refusal to unsend the first letter have made my interactions with him very sour.
