This is the second time Mr Edwards has advised me regarding my varicose vein problem and I consider that he has given me very good care and advice regarding my problem. He is ready to listen, give advice and clear explanations on the pros and cons of all the treatments available for my condition and I do not feel hurried or dismissed in any way. Being nearly 79 I can look back on the past and on personal experience I can compare the big change that there is in the treatment and attitude towards towards patients and I am therefore most appreciative of the care and respect which I and many others experience today in NHS hospitals.
