Thank you for the excellent attention to detail so far in my treatment, but I would appreciate a copy (via the post-person) of your report which is sent to my Doctor at the surgery, to be sent to me at my home address please.
I look forward to receiving the result of your multi-disciplinary meeting regarding my future operation.
