I was very impressed with Eastbourne Hospital in general and Mr. Edwards in particular.
He was clearly under great pressure in the current situation, but he had a very efficient system working to maximise the time he could spend with each patient.
I feel he listened to my problems and this was reflected in the detailed and authoritative letter he subsequently sent to my GP
p.s. the form below didn't have a facility to record my age ... I am 80 y.o.
also, I ticked "yes" for chronic heart disease, - does my AF qualify?

Many thanks for this excellent review. You are correct - there are many significant challenges in running an effective outpatient department in the NHS at this time.
