I was very impressed with Eastbourne Hospital in general and Mr. Edwards in particular.
He was clearly under great pressure in the current situation, but he had a very efficient system working to maximise the time he could spend with each patient.
I feel he listened to my problems and this was reflected in the detailed and authoritative letter he subsequently sent to my GP
p.s. the form below didn't have a facility to record my age ... I am 80 y.o.
also, I ticked "yes" for chronic heart disease, - does my AF qualify?

Many thanks for this excellent review. You are correct - there are many significant challenges in running an effective outpatient department in the NHS at this time. We strive to provide the best for our patients every time and it is heartening to hear that this effort makes a difference. Thank you. ME
