Mr Teo was clear, kind and helpful in his comments regarding my operation. Whilst I was in hospital he was very reassuring when doing his rounds, and always explained my situation at any given time, explaining exactly what might or might not happen.
He was totally professional at all times and his charming personality made the whole experience as painless as possible.
