Dr Lamah has done two of my surgeries now. Unfortunately both times I’ve experienced complications.
His people skills are slightly lacking at times and his responses can be almost robotic, he doesn’t know how to deal with emotion as I found out when I was upset during an appointment.
The wait times are very long for his surgery list and both times I’ve waited over 7 months then had very little notice as spaces open up at short notice.
But I have to say he has been the best consultant at making sure I have appointments, tests and follow ups as before under others they lacked this.
He is good at talking through options and sometimes his direct attitude is easier to take in when he is explaining what they are.
