Throughout the whole process Mr Sood made me feel comfortable, safe and cared for. Everything was explained to me in simple terms that I could understand and absorb. Communication from the entire team was excellent and easy at times that worked for me.
A great experience which taught me a life lesson in that I should have gone for this procedure years ago and not put myself through unnecessary suffering. Thankfully due to Mr Sood and his team that is behind me now and I can get back on with my life.
