The care and communication of Mr Sood was first class and I would totally recommend his services to anyone needing the same procedure. He explained every part of the process, allowing the opportunity to ask questions.
On the day of the procedure he came to see me before the start to discuss any concerns I may have and to tell me what would be happening.
I actually slept through the whole procedure and was amazed when it was complete.
Aftercare was equally excellent and I always felt confident in his hands.
Mr Sood has always treated me with respect and has been kind and compassionate throughout.
The procedure has improved my mobility 100% and I am more than grateful.
