I am a 29 year old man born and raised in the country with a very high pain threshold, I work in a very demanding and physical job, however it was a silly thing like lifting a couch the wrong way sent me into a month of absolute agony. I spent this month suffering spasms down my left leg, waking up in tears because of the spasms going down my back and leg of the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. On a scale of 10 it was 10 worst pain I ever had in my life at times I wondered I would I ever get better . Lying on the floor with a cushion propping up my leg. Upon reciept of an MRI it showed I had a prolapsed disc that was also trapping my sciatic nerve. I was seen by Mr Mano 4 days later. I had previous experience of Mr Mano as treated my Mother for spine issues 3 years previous. Thanks to him my mother is living her best life as result of it. I knew I was in good hands. Upon consultation with Mr Mano, he layed out my options injections or surgery. I at that point was of the impression give me surgery now i need it to kill the pain. Mr Mano asked me to trust him. He recommended this epidural injection. I was skeptical due to my pain but due to my trust in this man he convinced my girlfriend and myself this was the best course of action. I received the injections a week later. Although sore for about three days around the area I received it it was nothing compared to what I had. If I was suffering 10 from the spasms the pain in the area was only 1.5-2 maximum. I am happy to say I am 5 weeks over having the injections and with Mr Mano approval, I am seeing a physio twice a week to try and get myself back in track. I can honestly say I am back at around 75-80% I know I have a long road a head of me also being careful for a number of months before I am fully back to normal but I have made tremendous start. I can't thank Mr Mano enough, he is highly regarded in my family, I can honestly say if he recommends something to you, go for it. A very intelligent warm capable man who knows what he is doing.
