What an awful rude rude man! He categorically refused to listen to my symptoms interrupting all the time
Threw me a piece of paper with illegible writing saying get one of these? No explanation whatsoever. I was in there only fifteen minutes and that included clearing the wax in my ears. There was also a lady in the room, no idea who she was but she did give me a sympathetic look on the way out!
