What an awful rude rude man! He categorically refused to listen to my symptoms interrupting all the time Threw me a piece of paper with illegible writing saying get one of these? No explanation whatsoever. I was in there only fifteen minutes and that included clearing the wax in my ears. There was also a lady in the room, no idea who she was but she did give me a sympathetic look on the way out!

I thought he listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally, very happy with consultant and my treatment I found him approachable and friendly, he put me at ease straight away with his friendly manner

bad attitude, He wanted me to undergo a surgery while I was concerned about risks. He said It could damage your eyes and your brain, and he was smiling. Didn't even bother to give details and dismissed me.
