Mr Alam is a very caring person, he did not rush the consultation he took time to explain the procedure in depth he answered all questions. On the day of my operation Mr Alam again showed his interest in you and made you feel you were his only patient, explained what was going to happen on the day, after the operation and in recovery Mr Alam again checked that you were doing well.
This continued at the follow up consultation.
The key point is that my operation was a 100% success and I would recommend family and friends to Mr Alam if they required the same operation as myself.
