I saw Mr Alam in November 2022 for a total knee replacement. He was kind and considerate, and took his time explaining what the operation would entail. He was honest and upfront about the post-operative care, and that it would be a hard journey to recovery. I really felt like he wanted me to get the best possible results. He took his time listening to my concerns, and spent time answering questions from both me and my family, making sure we were happy with his answers. I followed his instructions to the letter, and was determined to walk into my follow up appointment at 12 weeks pain free and unaided, something I had not been in several months before surgery. I managed to achieve this, which was a proud moment for both of us, and I genuinely feel that he was happy for me. In all of my post operative appointments, he has been consistently kind and caring, continuing to answer any concerns I had throughout my recovery. I would recommend Mr Alam to anyone in a similar situation.
