Mr Moawad has a great bedside manner, very friendly and put my mother at ease. The operation appeared to go very well and as Mr Moawad recommended local anaesthetic instead of general, the recovery was much quicker. However my mother did experience some pain during the surgery and perhaps could have been given a little more advice as to how to ask for more pain relief, if it was on offer. However she was very grateful to the whole team for her excellent care.
