I was quite nervous attending the Xray department for an U/S scan, on arrival i was greeted by a patient care assistant who introduced herself as Louise, she was so very kind and helpful, Louise helped me chang into a gown and we went to the U/S room, Dr Kumar was ready to perform the scan, after introducing himself he explained all the procedure of what he was going to do, several times asking if i had any questions, ensuring i understood everything, i was put at ease immediately. During the procedure , he was showing and explaining to me anything he saw on the machine. After the procedure Louise and Dr Kumar again asked i was ok ok and did i need to ask any more questions. I found the services from both doctor and PCA extremely helpful, easing, and proffesional, and would strongly recommend this Doctor.
