Mr. Lee Longstaff has given me, "a new lease of life" -his words not mine-. At least that will be the case once all the healing has taken place. I had my total knee replacement only 8 weeks ago and have been reassured in a follow-up consultation with the man himself that all is well. For 22 years I have lived with an unstable knee joint. I was left believing that that was how it was to be. Then a doctor told me he had A FRIEND with a computer and a robot. That friend was Mr. Lee Longstaff. A skilled professional, Mr. Longstaff was direct and honest in his discussions with me as he LISTENED AND TALKED with me about my situation. He was thorough in his evidence gathering and investigations. This involved seeing another orthopaedic surgeon for a second opinion and a consultation for me with a plastic surgeon. That done, he laid out clearly how WE might proceed by trying the least invasive approach first and seeing what happened. He was not able to give a percentage outcomes guarantee. I appreciated his honesty. I was made to feel part of the decision making process in this life changing event for me. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Longstaff and the skilled team he assembled for my benefit.
