Given that I was facing up to an unexpected total hip replacement at a relatively young age, Mr Longstaff could not have done more to put me at ease, explain what was involved & prepare me. The operation itself was a complete success, helped in no small part by his methodology, choice of suitably appropriate replacement hip & his after-care attention. My arthritis will no doubt cause me to require further similar surgery in future, & I will certainly request that Mr Longstaff again performs any such procedure. Huge, if somewhat belated thanks, for giving me back my life.
