I had a hip replacement in December 2012. In the consultations before the operation Mr Longstaff explained fully the procedure I would be going through, listened to and answered any questions I had about the procedure, explaining to me the type of replacement he would be using.
Post op Mr Longstaff explained to me exactly what he had done and again the type of replacement he had used and giving advice on looking after the replacement. During follow up consultations he showed the same excellent bedside manner again answering any queries I had.
