I met with Mr Longstaff on 4 occasions..pre-op, post-op (before and on return from theatre)and at follow up out patient appointment. On each occasion I found him reassuring and approachable.
Most of all, he listened to what I had to say and responded in a way that was both easily understandable to the layman(with explanation underpinned with test results, as appropriate)and all information was given in a relaxed but professional manner. He instilled confidence.
I cannot think of any improvements. I would happily be under his care again, if necessary, and fully recommend Mr Longstaff as consultant of choice for knee replacement surgery.
