A man obviously at the very peak of his profession but who, at each stage of of my knee replacement process, took the time to explain in words I could understand what was involved - benefits and risks. This helped give me the assurance to proceed along, which was to me, an unknown and to be honest, a frightening road.
It is only seven weeks since my operation was completed and although there is still some discomfort associated with recovery, the improvement has exceeded my expectations. This I am convinced is down to the care and expertise of Mr Longstaff and his team. Thank you!
I may need my other knee replaced in the near future, my recent experiences have given me the confidence to "go for it"
