Mr Dodd listened to me, answered my questions really clearly and explained the nature of the injury in a way I was able to understand. He explained the procedure and the preferred treatment. He was also willing to discuss other options and explain why they were unlikely to be successful. He was kind, friendly, reasssuring and easy to talk to. I was nervous so this was really appreciated and I am grateful for the time he took to talk things through with me.
