Mr Dodd was great. I was over 1 hour late going in due to an administrative error, but he apologised as if it had been his fault. He was thorough in his examination of my problem and went even deeper in that he said we needed to find out why I kept on getting my problems and started investigations straight away. I wasn't meant to see Mr. Dodd, ( it was another consultant) but I was so glad I did!!!!!!
