Dr Hollis was very thorough in both my initial consultation and fitting a grommet in my right ear. Both appointments were only a week apart so my hearing improved dramatically in a short space of time.
My initial approach was via my GP and needless to I am still waiting for an Appointment on the NHS so far its been 4 months.
As far as the Spire is concerned they could well do with reviewing their telephone answering system because vit was a nightmare trying to get to speak to anybody.
