I contacted Mr Ghosh because of a worrying deterioration in my left knee. He explained in clear terms what had happened, going over the xray and describing the benefits of a knee replacement - at the same time giving me all the information re. pain/discomfort to be expected in the first few days after the operation but that with determination it would prove worthwhile. This has been the case.
Mr Ghosh's caring attitude was reassuring to this 84 yr old lady and I thank him for his kindness.
