Listening was the thing that struck us most about Mr Ghosh. He is professional, knowledgeable, but above all relatable and understanding of my Mother's needs. He performed a complex total knee replacement at St Richard's Chichester last year and upon seeing the degeneration in her hip has been interested and invested in carrying out a hip replacement at St Richard's recently. He chose the timing and circumstances carefully, balancing risks to my mother against the competing demands of the NHS in these most challenging of times in the pandemic. My mother and I are very grateful for his skill and for the dedication to his vocation.
