The surgeon listened and helped with a difficult pre operative problem that could have impacted on my surgery.
The only suggestions I would make to the overall process, which does not relate specifically to Mr Singisetti, is I missed out on the session with the physiotherapist and given that this is vital to the success of the operation this should be a must for all patients.
