Total professional explained everything before and after surgery and put me at total ease . Then came to see me before I was released n told me what I had to do to help recuperate, which did the job . Just been to see him again for 6 week check up n same again was totally professional with the physio with him n explained again what would happen to beget other knee done.
Mr Singisetti took great time and care during my examination to provide me with everything I needed to know before, during and after my hip replacement surgery. Mr Singisetti listened to my concerns and answered my questions professionally but in layman's terms so I could fully understand what would take place during my surgery. Following my surgery, there was a concern regarding my wound and the physiotherapist contacted Mr Singisetti who immediately left his practice and travelled to the hospital to see me. After looking at the wound he expressed no concern but advised what I needed to do to help the healing process. He again took time to show me on my X rays exactly what had been done and the type of hip replacement I had recieved. Mr Singisetti went above and beyond to provide me with a new hip replacement and I cannot fault anything with the professional care and services given by Mr Singisetti and his team.
The care I received could not have been better. Everyone was attentive, caring and listened. Everyone was attentive and smiling, which was also very nice.
Thanks very much for your help, very grateful to you
I am totally happy with the consultations and the results of my hip replacement. I feel I was listened to and given sound advice.
