Mr Fareed provided excellent care from my first consultation , pre-op visit , the procedure itself and post operation . I have felt extremely well informed and cared for throughout. It was clear I was in very safe hands.
I appreciated the follow up telephone call when I had been discharged to check how I was feeling, and was given the opportunity to ask any questions I had.
The process was a very positive one and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received from the team at Derby private health, who were all supportive, caring and professional. I am now able to get on with my life feeling healthy again!
