I have received excellent care from Mr Fareed and his team over the past 7 months after being diagnosed with complex gallstone disease. From the first diagnosis to aftercare, discharge and beyond. My care, support, tests, scans and operation were more than excellent. Mr Fareed and his Secretary, Helen Elson were always there to give reassurance while waiting for results and the operation. Helen especially took time to contact me and sort out grouping appointments together, where she could. Mr Fareed was very professional in every way, he put me and my husband at ease, if ever I was worried, he took time to contact me at every step. The operation went well and I am now feeling very much better, all thanks to Mr Fareed and his wonderful team. I was compelled to write to Jeremy Hunt, Minister for Health about my experiences and to say what excellent care I had received. I will be forever grateful to all concerned but especially Mr Fareed.
