I first met with Dr Khaled Abdel-Aziz 4 months ago when he advised me of my life changing diagnosis, he delivered this with great care, essential information and advice on my condition in easy to understand words, he made me feel at ease and it was so easy to talk with him, discuss issues and I never felt rushed and it was as though he'd give me all the time in the world. He really listened to me and answered my questions in detail even looking at the areas of my brain from the MRI scans and explaining section by section what was going on so I could build up a much better understanding of my condition and diagnosis which in turn helped me come to terms with my current health issues and helped me find my way forward to help myself with available drugs and a healthier lifestyle. I have visited him again today as I have now been on my medication to slow down the effects of my condition for 3 months and he was just as attentive and reassuring, giving me options and advice for my ongoing treatment. I had many more questions which he again listened to and answered clearly putting my mind at rest and again I never felt rushed or felt like I was wasting his time. He really understands me and what I am feeling and going through and I have already built up such a trust in him that I feel like I can leave my condition in his hands and walk away and get on with my life in an enjoyable, positive way. I feel really honored and blessed to be able to have this Dr treating me, as I know he is giving me the best chances and medicine available to slow down the symptoms and progression of my RRMS I really can't thank him enough! Definitely no room for improvement that I can possibly think of!
