Thank you, Ken, The whole End to End process was excellent my initial consultation provided the detail I needed however what was key for Ken was your human approach – you made me feel comfortable from day one. You were able to speak to me covering the important information however at the same time getting to know me and why I wanted the procedure. Communication was excellent you answered questions from initial assessment to discharge and you were only an e-mail away post discharge. Had I have known that the process was this simple and the recovery was to go as well as it did for me – I would have done this years ago. I love the results and believe it or not I have just purchased my first knitted polo neck dress ….. Something I would not have had the confidence to do previously. I
