I would like to give Mr Gomez a 5 star rating. He is a very respectful, kind and well skilled breast surgeon. His surgery is a very high standard. He is very good at explaining patient requirements for treatment plans, in a manner that is easily understood by a patient and their family members. I am very impressed with my operation and the result of the surgery from a lumpectomy and a wide local excision, he performed in September 2019. I feel it has really helped my confidence, as it is not very noticeable that I have had breast cancer. He also helped me psychologically with breast cancer, in his approach during my clinic appointments and surgery. I feel this has been helpful in my recovery. I had difficulties returning to my workplace after breast cancer treatment and I found his guidance very helpful. He told me that I did not need an exercise referral scheme and advised me on my exercise limitations. I feel a year after treatment, I have got most of my physical strength back. I now feel hopeful as a breast cancer survivor.
